Had a wonderful stay in September; the staff were consistently very nice and attentive. Rewritten: I had an amazing stay here in September, the staff were incredibly friendly most of the time.

The breakfast was fantastic and absolutely superb, with a huge variety of great food. the location was particularly good, with a walk to the slopes, plus it was near the gondola to the mountain, as well as great restaurants and shops.

It is fairly clean, upscale hotel and the staff is friendly attentive. The room is recently refurbished and beautifully maintained and there are particularly nice views of the mountain.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location near shops and restaurants made it convenient for us to explore the area. The service from the staff was excellent, from concierge to bellmen to valets to receptionists in shift. They even accommodated our request for a late check out. The amenities at this hotel were top-notch. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the spa facilities were superb. The rooms were well-appointed, with air conditioning, a sitting area, and a kitchen. we had a fantastic experience here.

This place is conveniently located near ski rental, great restaurants, and the mountain, with an amazing breakfast included in the price.

The location of the resort is excellent, with easy access to the Vail transportation system and a convenient shuttle service to the Village. Guests can enjoy a pleasant walk along the path to Vail village and take advantage of the nearby free Village bus. The rooms are nicely renovated, with comfortable amenities such as a kitchen area, a nice bathroom with a stall shower and soaking tub, and a cozy fireplace. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and the sports bar/restaurant offers great food and service.

Some guests have experienced poor service, including long wait times during check-in and issues with room cleanliness and maintenance.
